Frequently asked questions (and their answers) about the working with Harrison
Builders.
How long does a typical project take?
Six to eight months, depending on the complexity of the home.
Will you give me references to call?
We have many references that we will be happy to give you. Please contact us when
you are ready.
Do you build outside of North Georgia?
We cannot build outside of the North Atlanta area because of the personal attention provided to the customer.
Do you do work other than CUSTOM?
On occasion we do build spec homes as models.
What does a typical project cost?
Our homes range from the high $400's to the high $900's.
Can I use my own architect?
Of course, with the proviso that the home is designed to meet the requirements of the subdivision. For
example, we would not want a colonial home in a Craftsman community.
How long have your crews worked with Harrison Builders?
All of our crews have been working with us for a number of years. Many of them have been with Harrison
Builders for 25 years.
Who manages the crews that would build my home?
John Harrison, Vice President of Construction, manages all field operations.
Do we ever see the Builder on site?
John Harrison is on every site every day and is available by e-mail or cellphone
at any time.
If we need to make changes, how is that done?
Harrison Builders has a change order form to be completed on each change to assure that the needs of
the customers are met.
