As architectural designers and builders with over thirty years of experience building homes in the
North Atlanta area, Harrison Builders Inc pays meticulous attention to every
detail in designing and constructing homes customized to our clients' specific needs and wishes.
Our design process typically unfolds in a series of working meetings:

First Meeting: A synergy is developed between builder and client, and an understanding
is reached about the client's specific requirements.

Second Meeting: Based on what we learned in our first meeting, we present ideas to
the client in the form of elevation and floorplan sketches.

Third Meeting: The sketches are refined to include more specific details of the client's
needs, and a preliminary cost projection is provided to the client.

Fourth Meeting: Based on the outcomes of our third meeting, a formal sketch and price
revision are presented to the client. Assuming the design and pricing meet with the client's approval,
we jointly review the project Contract and initiate the building process.
